2. How to conclude the contract with the seller

In the event of forwarding the order form and payment of the price, the Seller will refund the amount already paid by you.
2.5 Before proceeding with the purchase of the products, by transmitting the order form, you will be asked to carefully read the Conditions of Sale and the Return Policy, to print a copy using the print command and to save or reproduce a copy for your personal use.
2.6 The order form will be stored in our database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case within the terms of the law.
2.7 If the products presented on giennejesolo.com are no longer available or on sale at the time of your last access to the site or of sending the order form, the Seller will inform you promptly and in any case within thirty (30) days from the day following the day on which you sent your order to the Seller, of the possible unavailability of the products ordered. 3. Guarantees and indication of product prices
3.1 On giennejesolo.com only contract products are offered for sale and purchased directly from the Seller by Gienne Srl
3.2 The Seller does not sell used, irregular or lower quality products than the corresponding standards offered on the market.
3.3 The essential characteristics of the products are presented on giennejesolo.com within each product sheet. The images and colours of the products offered for sale on giennejesolo.com may however not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
3.4 Product prices may be subject to change. Make sure of the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.
3.5 Purchase requests coming from countries other than the one selected for shipping or to addresses to which the Seller cannot ship cannot be accepted by the Seller.
3.7 The Seller, in the event of exercising your right of withdrawal, has the right to not accept the return of products that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged. Damaged not only in the product but also in the box. The seller Gienne refuses to accept non-resaleable and used goods.
4. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
4.1 The legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the Consumer Code applies to the purchase of products by consumers, which protects the consumer in the event of the purchase of defective products, products that do not function properly or do not comply with the use declared by the seller (or for which such product is generally intended).
4.2 In the event of a lack of conformity, you will be entitled, at your option, to the repair or replacement of the defective product by the Seller, without charge, unless the requested remedy is impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other. If replacement or repair are not possible remedies, you will still be entitled to a price reduction or full refund of the purchase price.
4.3 The legal guarantee lasts two years from the date of delivery of the product. Upon estimate we also provide assistance after the guarantee.
5. Payments
5.1 To pay the price of the products and the related shipping and delivery costs you can follow one of the methods indicated in the order form.
5.2 In case of payment by credit card, the financial information (for example, the credit/debit card number or its expiration date) will be forwarded to an external payment service provider (PSP) which, through DigiCert SSL SHA2 256-bit certified encrypted protocol, guarantees the security of the transactions. Furthermore, this information will never be used by the Seller except to complete the procedures relating to your purchase and to issue the relevant refunds in the event of any returns of the products, following the exercise of your right of withdrawal.
6. Shipping and delivery of products
6.1 To find out the specific shipping and delivery methods for the products, access the Customer Service section or write to our online whatsapp. Please pay attention to what is reported in this section because the information contained therein forms an integral and substantial part of these Conditions of Sale and, therefore, are considered to be fully known and accepted by you at the time of transmission of the order form.
6.2 Responsibility for delivery of products:
The Seller's liability for the purchased products ends at the time of delivery of the same to the courier, as provided for by art. 1510 of the Italian Civil Code. From the moment of delivery to the courier, the risk of loss or damage of the products is transferred to the Customer.
6.3 Proof of delivery:
The Seller is not responsible for any complaints relating to the non-receipt of the products where the courier has certified the delivery to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and that there is a person available to receive the package.
6.4 Complaints for non-receipt:
In case of non-receipt of the package, even if it appears to have been delivered by the courier, the Customer is invited to contact the courier directly to start a verification and a complaint procedure. The Seller will provide all possible assistance to facilitate the resolution of the problem with the courier, without however assuming responsibility for the results of the procedure.

8. Right of withdrawal
8.1 You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fifteen (14) working days from the day of receipt of the products purchased on guerralampadari.com.
