Return Policy

Gienne Srl's aim is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you can exercise your right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within 14 working days from the day you received the products purchased on giennejesolo.com.

  1. How to exercise the right of withdrawal: You can withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of your products by writing an email to gienne.srl.jesolo@gmail.com for return acceptance.

The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) working days from the date on which you received the goods.

Products can be returned by shipping the package via the courier of your choice, only after receiving confirmation of acceptance of the return.

  1. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal is considered to be correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully respected:

A. The return authorization request must be correctly sent via email fourteen (14) days from the delivery date.

B. The products must not have been used or damaged.

C. Each product comes with its own box which, at the time of return, must be returned to our warehouses in an INTACT AND RESALEABLE condition. Returns will not be accepted with items without boxes, broken items, or items with courier labels attached (for this reason we always suggest wrapping the box with bubble wrap or paper).

D. Products must be returned in their original packaging complete with any accessories shipped with the products (e.g. screws, brackets, white gloves).

E. Returned products must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the date you received the goods, and within 4 days from when we authorized the return.

If you have complied with all the required conditions, we will refund the price of the products purchased. You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions above. In this case, you can choose to have the products purchased back at your expense. If you refuse this shipment, the seller reserves the right to retain the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products.

  1. Shipping: Returns can be shipped via the courier of the buyer's choice, you will have to pay the return costs yourself and you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the products during transport.

Please note that the initial shipping costs incurred for the delivery of the purchased products to your home - if any - are not refundable. Therefore, in the event of a return, this amount will be deducted from the final refund.

  1. Refund times and methods: After the Seller has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. Regardless of the payment method you used (credit/debit card or cash on delivery), the refund will be activated by the seller as soon as possible, and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date on which he became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once he has verified that the withdrawal has taken place in compliance with the conditions set out above.

The actual time for the crediting or refund of the sums paid by you for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:

A. Credit/debit card purchase: the refund time depends on the credit/debit card company, but usually occurs within two bank statements. Please note that the value date of the refund is the same as the debit, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.

B. Cash on delivery (if available):

the refund will be made to the bank account you indicated, so the refund time depends on the accuracy of the data you enter; normally the re-credit will be made within fourteen (14) days. Please remember that you must have a bank account to receive a re-credit for an order paid by cash on delivery. (The commission for the requested service will not be refunded.)

C. payment by bank transfer: the refund will be made to the current account indicated by you, so the refund time depends on the accuracy of the data you enter; normally the re-credit will be made within fourteen (14) days.
